OPEN conversion complete. Wifi Drive thru, lobby open. Skip the lines by ordering only in the self service kiosk, credit/debit. There are two registers that you can pay by cash. This place now has a table service, where they will bring you your food. The order with the app in the thru track drive works well. Payment is automatic. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The staff at this restaurant are rude and unfriendly, the atmosphere is lackluster, and the poor customer service is unacceptable. If the employees don't enjoy working with the public, they should find employment elsewhere. View all feedback.
Corporate makes these fast foods go cheap poor tasting quality of food if ya call it food.
The dining area is now open. They are closing inside between 9pm and 10pm.
Im just going to say this I will never eat or spend any kind of money at Conneaut Mc Donalds again! Literally spent 34 dollars for all our food to be old and spoiled!! my burger smelled and tasted like puke!! Our fries were so stale and old like had been reheated from HOURS ago!!! Im 3 months pregnant that could make me and my baby really sick! Absoulty the worst experience ive ever had from Mc Donalds!!! By the time we figured out ALL of our food was old it was to late to turn around! So we have a full bag of mc donalds that cant even be eaten!! And tbh I didnt even want to go back and get new food because that was horrible!! So here i am leaving this review! Something needs to be done about this!
This is one of the better McDonalds in the area. You get my coffee right away and food is great. Stop the good work. Very friendly staff.
Big props to the guy who only made my big order containing 6 happy meals! He even did it in a trip.
