Pizza Hut - Conneaut Lake

My husband and I stopped to order pizza, cheese bread sticks and filled garlic knots. The experience was great, the young lady in the register was very nice and helpful. She noticed they had a new branch manager, she cut pizza. When we arrived at home, we sat down and I have to say that it was a long time ago that everything tasted super. We will return and I would like to give the manager of Kudolls, because we are working hard to finally get this location where it was years ago. Thanks again.

The restaurant was a bit busy, but the staff did an amazing job. They were very polite and patient. The pizza and breadsticks were excellent—definitely the best Pizza Hut pizza I've had in a long time! The two employees never mentioned being short-staffed, and it was clear they take pride in their service and the quality of their food. I was highly impressed!

There is a standard for acceptable quality and accuracy when it comes to ordering from a franchise or fast food restaurant. Time and time again, this Pizza Hut location consistently delivers a well-prepared product on time. If an order is slightly delayed, they go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. The food is prepared quickly, and the service is fantastic.

Everything was fantastic under the new management. If I were to order again, I would note that the cleanliness of the place reflects the change in management. I understand that in busy times, a table might be overlooked, but every table was clean during my visit, which is a major plus for me.

Best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to! They always remember my green peppers without me even asking for them! Now that’s great service! UPDATE: This location has been shut down...
