Absolutely rubbish place. You paying big money for go to park only for buy a drink as swimming pool you have to book 21 days before. Beach is closed, splash park is turn off, you can't go in to water, you can't swimming on your own paddle board as they want extra £18 for 45min access. Below average food with an average price tag. Terrible service from Manager when we complained about being moved just as we had been served my main meal, think you should go take a customer service course! Will not be visiting again. Extremely long wait for for food very slow service to say the restaurant was empty alot of 5 start comments regarding the views but food counts to me I wouldn't waste your money this restaurant is over priced the quality was very poor absolutely garbage!! Been to the up and downstairs restaurants and preferred the top one. Food was a little nicer but service took forever. Food downstairs was standard fare. Great views across the lake from the top one.
