The service is incredibly slow, and my food arrived cold. It feels like the staff is not well-informed about their roles. Overall, it was quite frustrating. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The food was quite good, especially the cheeseburger, which I highly recommend. The service was exceptional, making the evening even more enjoyable, and the atmosphere was pleasant as well. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which is always a bonus!

It took 31 minutes to get our on line order tonight. We waited in a parking stall and asked twice for our order. The second time we asked the man on the speaker... read more It took 31 minutes to get our on line order tonight. We waited in a parking stall and asked twice for our order. The second time we asked the man on the speaker kept saying window over and over. We finally got in the,drive thru to get to the window. 7th in line. When we got to the window we finally got our order and we drive back to a stall to eat. Our fries were barely warm. We had ordered our meal pick up at 5:20 pm and didn 't get it till 5:51 pm. Our cheeseburgers had no lettuce or tomato. We ate them anyway. Just not a good experience tonight.
