we ordered a pizza tonight, and I had a curry with rice within minutes of plating the curry, the plate was full of water up to the point that I changed the plates and some of the meal in the...process of the taste of the curry was easy and nothing too exciting. the garlic naan tasted nothing of garlic and was hard over boiled brot more than a soft naan. Food tastes amazing pizzas come warm but not hot enough for the cheese to be melted I go my pizza with dry cheese that didn’t stretch at all.
Ordered and it arrived 40 minutes late, having to wait 90 minutes in total. When it did arrive it was incomplete. I had to question the driver about the missing items as he started walking off without saying anything. He then told me as he walked off that we were given some free items. The driver left and when we got chance to open it up the free extras were not something we wanted or would enjoy. When contacting the restaurant they said we would not get a refund for the missing items as we accepted the replacements despite not being able to check them before the driver left. The chips were cold and the food not great. Horrific experience overall. Mediocre food and terrible service will not be using them again!
I ordered a 12 inch pizza I ordered a pepperoni pizza I said could I have extra peppers, I paid £15 pounds, I opened it up it was full of black olives and pineapple, no pepperoni, I called them up and said Shug I think I have the wrong pizza they said that what yoy ordered, why would I order a pineapple pizza when I’m chronic allergic to it and black olives which I can’t stand, I said I will get a life and bring it down they said no yoy ordered it, I didn’t order it, I’m not suicidal, it’s a joke and I’m gonna be making a full complaint
I dont eat spicy food and had a kebab with mayo and the meat was that spicy i cudnt eat it 315 am im now still awake in amounts of stomach cramps on loo i wont be ordering again this is awful
The service at this restaurant is incredible, with a standout young man at the front. The food is delicious and bursting with flavor. Definitely worth a try!

Although free, the popadomen were stale and tasted of only oil. my partner pizza was in order, nothing exciting and just warm. we also ordered a chicken castle and asked for mayo. there was so much mayo thrown on the burger it made the bungalow soggy and fall apart. very disappointing if you spend almost £30 on a takeaway. we ate here before we come back, but not sure we will come back after this experience.
This person is sure that he bought this meal from sizzlers, I find his story too good to be true. I and my friends use sizzlers since their opening in congleton and we never had a problem. good value for what they pay and free delivery. the personal is very friendly. Nevertheless, if they are not happy, there are many others in congleton that constantly change the hands that I avoid. keep the good work on sizzlers.
Ordered a pizza, they said until a delivery ok. said half an hour later that one of the cars had broken up. husband's on the phone. I'm cold. will not buy again from here

Never seen food like it do not order here even if its your last meal on earth i will never ever order from here again.
