Hot place, or we can lunch, 14€ the menu.... with admissions to will, dish, cheese, dessert, quart of wine, simple and good, boss and very nice staff, the tables are well followed, I recommend!

A good finding on our way to the recovery site. Buffet entrance, main dish that was today beef with boiled potatoes, great choice of desserts, cheese, wine and coffee for 15,40 €!! Occupied with many workers, which is always a good recommendation. Super basic food well cooked, even plastic tablecloths and super ratio quality price I loved!! Restaurant of the workers' noon. Correct. Small buffet. 2 dish proposals of the day. Baby cheese and camembert presented packed. Dessert qyelqyes pastries or ice cream for 14€. Correct price.

We served at 2.20 p.m. unlike the Confolens coffee and the food van on the riverside which had both stopped serving before 2 p.m. Delicious food and smiling faces at Café de la Gare not something to take for granted in this part of France!
