Golfnorth Properties - Conestogo

Description
Conestoga’s golf complex and on-site dining offer a polarizing mix: consistently praised staff, strong event and tournament capabilities (including weddings) and occasionally excellent course conditions, contrasted with inconsistent maintenance, patchy greens, tight tee-time scheduling and mixed restaurant hygiene/food quality. Three distinct nines provide variety—some favored over others—and greens can be fast when well kept. Best to confirm course condition and tee policies before booking.

I love this place!!! Great course, wonderful food and the BEST service. Love the girls with my whole heart they will definitely make you feel like you’re family. Special shout-out to my favourite cook Benny D.
It was a nice golf course perhaps a little narrow signage was very poor. Unfortunately the patio was not open but under construction very little service for lunch price was high for a golf course.
Conestoga Golf Course has 3 nines. I love Goose and Village, but find playing Moors annoying, so try to avoid it. Course can get rowdy on weekends, so prefer weekday play when I can. Overall conditions are generally very good.
My experience at the restaurant was terrible. I came in with 2 friends to get a meal last week and we all agreed this place isn’t what it used to be. The wings are just frozen and deep fried, making me feel like if I wanted this experience I should’ve just gone to the grocery store. Also, I want to preface this by saying I’m not a judgmental person but I think there’s a hygiene issue with one of the chefs. There was a large man sitting at the bar on a laptop that had yellow and dirty fingers, and a smell that was pungent. If you were to be within 2 meters of this man you would smell it. I think when you work in hospitality, you have to take pride in yourself and part of that is personal hygiene. My group all agreed a man with those fingers should not be touching anyone’s food but his own.
