PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. I FOUND A FRIED ROACH IN MY FOOD. As soon as I opened the bag, There was a Fried roach sitting on top of the food box. After returning the food, the manager did not stop serving food or address his drive-through staff. He continued serving the public. What saddened me the most was that he checked the food like we had eaten it and bought it back.

Good customer service.. wings where cold .. but they replaced them with hotter ones.. GJ

Not a bad location. Ordered through the app so service required was minimal.

The food and service was good. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars. Upon 10:20 ish pm aka 22 o'clock .When I choose to eat in a parking lot or establishment I'd expect it to be safe upon employees that was t the case this time. Explaining to my daughter why a guy punched a girl in face is never fun. There's no explanation good enough why anyone should put their hands on another neither male or female.However There was a African American chubby short guy and a Spanish short lil heavy set young woman in a argument in the parking lot the guy kept punching the woman somehow she was smart enough to pull his shirt ovef face n hold him from hitting her. He asked to be let go she said are you going to stop punching me he says d yes she let him go he got on phone told story and was laughing bout it as the female walked towards front near the side by racetrack this happened at the 5201 South Cobb Drive SE location what kind ofan hits a woman for one for two why are Zaxby's workers thinking it's ok to fight fellow employees and last but not least why are the other guy scumbag workers sitting outside watching it not intervening in any way. I'd sure hope Zaxby's employees would have to go thru sensitivity training and learn to behave as a modeled citizenI'm mostly sure they never would hire Riff Raff employees. Hope they retrieve the cameras and press charges on the employee for hitting the female employee.
