What User dislikes about Smoothie King:
There was a tall, dark skinned bald guy in there when I visited and he had no customer service skills at all. He didn’t speak at all when I walked in. I told him what I wanted, and instead of asking me what size smoothie I wanted he just hit the cups. I asked him what kinda juices they have, and I still don’t know what he pointed at. I am continually impressed by this restaurant's ability to craft the most delicious smoothies! Other establishments should definitely take notes from Cumberland Mall.
I have never seen a man working at this place who was truly a fool. They are not in the customer service industry if they do not like people or smoothies.
I visited this place on Saturday 8/27/2022 in the early afternoon. as soon as I entered, the young man said behind the counter, we have no banan or drip butter he repeated than four other customers entered. I ordered two 32 unzen smoothies. after ordering the second taste, she repeated we ain't got no bananen . I ordered another taste. When I tried to scan my barcode, he says we're offline. I said to him. they don't have any banans, no peanut butter and they're offline. jeepers, I think is not publix and kroger literally over the street! Maybe that was not protocol, but what about the greeting of a customer who intervenes smile. something she deals with as a coworker of the facility. he was not inkind. just there and incredibly boring. to add insult to injury, I have my entry for the $18.40 I issued. a day later I get an email that says it was not accepted and I'm tortured to receive....uugghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! I also had to redeem coupons that expired a day later. double uugghhhhhhhh! do it well!
I tried to order and this man rolled his eyes while I looked at the menu and had the worst attitude
