Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This restaurant is incredibly slow, with 7 employees and 2 managers on staff, yet it took 30 minutes for our family meal to be served. There is a clear need for better leadership in this establishment. At one point, a customer had to wait 15 minutes for just mashed potatoes and gravy at 5:30 in the evening.

I had a disappointing experience at Popeyes on Lee. They did not provide a receipt, gave me the wrong order, and the food was cold. I had ordered a 3-piece wing dinner, but received 1 wing, 1 back, and 1 leg. Unfortunately, I do not eat dark meat.
