A short ride from downtown this is worth the trip. The food is exceptional with an Asian twist on American dishes. The cocktails are creative and luscious and the wines by the glass or bottle are great and of good value. The eggplant was the best I’ve had anywhere except China. The crispy brussels are out of this world with or without bacon. Prices are very reasonable and the service is perfect. View all feedback.
What Cruto doesn't like about Little Bird To Go:
Generous portions, polite and unobtrusive service. The place is also suitable for private events/parties (there was one happening during my visit). However, due to the layout, it is quite noisy, so you need to raise your voice to have a conversation at the table. The decor is nice. The food is decent, but not particularly impressive. Prices perhaps a bit high View all feedback.
We selected Whiskey Bird for an early bite before heading to the Atlanta Botanical Garden for Sip and Stroll in the Garden. A nice bonus was that there were early bird specials going on when we arrived. Our waitress was super helpful recommending a fantastic appetizer, the Peruvian Chicken Tacos. The taco shells were crisp and flavorful and the chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The real star was the Blackened Grouper. I was a little skeptical of grapes paired with arugula and tomatoes, but the grapes provided a nice contrast to the spice of the blackened grouper. The one item that we did not enjoy was the dip duo. The queso/salsa and guacamole were uninspired almost a store bought kind of quality to them.

This was our second time eating here. Everything was perfect both times. This time we had the Crispy Grouper sandwich on brioche bun, the Hong King fried chicken sliders as an appetizer, and the key lime pie with macadamia nuts and coconut for dessert. Best key lime pie dessert we’ve ever had. Our new favorite place to eat.
