Extremely disappointing that the Jacksonville Florida Wells road store will not answer the phone wanted to bring in 10 guest for Eats Drinks tried 9 timesCalled the corporate number Guess what got directed to a Voice mail, Our 10 guest decided to go just down the road to Buffalo Wild Wings that Answered there phone welcomes our 10 guest that has now turned into 16 guest, Never again Hooters.

My and two of my friends drove 40 miles to check out the Hooters at the Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs. We had the buy 20 get 10 free meal along with Oysters, curly fries and brews. While there, the manager “Amy Mittino” made sure we were satisfied with our service and actually sat with us and had an amazing conversation. It is so satisfying to be treated so well and have an all around great experience. We will be back thanks Amy!

We had bad service. The food was terrible,the fries were cold and hard, I ordered a hamburger.. the meat was a joke . It was 2 small patties , it took two meats to fill the bun . The beer was advertised for $5.00 miller lite ,coors lite and blue moon. We ordered coors lite but we’re told that the keg was not working and we couldn’t order any of those beers. It took like and hour for us to get our food , Buffalo chicken sandwich was hard , nacho had cold cheese. Never again.. Save your moneyDo not go there if you’re going for the food and drinks

Tried Hooters of Macon Ga. yesterday. 20 minutes After my wife and I were seated, with zero acknowledgement of our existence, we left.

Waitstaff would be great if they didn’t sit together and text on the phone instead of ignoring customers. Always amazing to watch the non interaction with people that provide tips.?
