Great American Cookies

I get a cookie cake every year since I was 1 years old. I just turned 32. I never had a bad cake before. This was my first time ordering from this location since the one at town center is now closed my sister took over getting from Douglasville arbor place since then. I’m so disappointed I was really looking forward to my cake today.

The service and baked goods are amazing. Very clean establishment.

Older black lady was rude for no reason... I had an Uber and she was like it's 10 minutes if you don't wanna wait cancel the order.... all I said was do you have pick up for ....(customers name). Just read other reviews ...everybody saying they are RUDE

They cook their cookies to hard and that takes away from the taste. It’s hard to enjoy.

I’ve tried to give them a chance a few times. The cookies seem to never be fresh. I ended up throwing them all away. What a waste. I worked for this company (different location) for 8 years. The shelf life is two days, I can tell that they are serving cookies that have been baked 3-4 days prior.
