This is the worst Einstein bagels ever. I’ve been here a few times. They say they open at 5:30 but when you get there, the opener literally is just getting started and will have you wait in the drive thru without answering anyone. Also, a couple of weeks ago, I asked for a bagel with butter and peanut butter. I received my bagel lukewarm with it covered in clumps of butter and barely any peanut butter. I was absolute... Went through drive through this morning (3-31) and a large white female who was working the window proceeded to get angry with me bc I didn’t leave a tip in the drive through. Weirdo.

I got a pick up order of the Nova Lox Brunch Special. When I went to pick it up, the service was quick and friendly, and the establishment was relatively clean. Unfortunately, my meal was missing the hash brown, and the muffin was a squashed sad looking (chocolate? muffin. Dining in would probably be a better idea.
The wait time was to long for the 3 ppl. inside the store. Too much unnecessary talking going on.
