Everytime I go....the food is delicious. They make the best biscuits and are always warm, soft and delicious. The staff is very nice with no attitude. They are always willing to accommodate my request. The manager does a great job and the male with the dreads is soo sweet! I wish this location much success. What Brenda Scott doesn't like about Church's Chicken:
I bought chicken special on Tuesday and hadn't had church's chicken in a while the chicken was horrible no seasons at all the chicken had intriely to moch batter on it and it was nasty....wasted my money that day never go back again ....Should've went to The west end ......and they was talking about customer's it sad and very rude how these people mess up people businesses like they the owner .....SMH ...NEVER AGAIN View all feedback.
When I pulled into their drive-thru, I saw a sign saying the call-box was not working. I assumed it would take a while to gety order and be gone. I was wrong. The staff seemed to operate very efficiently, and they moved cars through the driveway much faster than I would have expected, with customers having to order at the window. The staff was also attentive and pleasant. They did a great job.
Ordered fried okra and it was burnt. Got some biscuits too and they were great however went back 2 days later for a few more biscuits and they were nasty. The employees do not respect their job or their customers apparently.
This place was a mess..the restaurant is nasty...the workers were dancing and not paying attention..the young lady handed me my food without bagging it up...the manager and another employee was eating at the front counter...and I was told that fries don't come with my order but the guy behind me got fries with his after we ordered almost the same meal...they need to close this place down and revamp it
