The restaurant was very dirty and had a bad odor. They did not have receipt paper, so it was often confusing to know if you were receiving your own order or someone else's. I did not receive my correct food, instead I was given a different burger without the fries I had paid for. The restaurant was very dirty and had a bad odor. They did not have receipt paper, so it was often confusing to know if you were receiving your own order or someone else's. I did not receive my correct food, instead I was given a different burger without the fries I had paid for. It took them 30 minutes to prepare just two orders, and then the staff were seen playing around in front of the customers. The behavior was unprofessional and childish. The restaurant definitely needs new employees and better management.
The service at this restaurant is outstanding. The General Manager and the staff are exceptional, providing friendly and top-notch service.
