This place has been consistently bad for many months. The leadership obviously don’t care about improving this poorly managed location. They’re rude… rarely have the essential items, and they don’t following operation hours. So sad. View all feedback.
Arrived at 9:05 after driving about 11 miles to get to this location at guess what…they were CLOSED! Based on the other comments alone, whoever owns or manages this place with be out of business or out of a job very soon!!!
I bought a cappuccino blast and to wait ten minutes for them to tell me they have no vanilla ice cream. I said use something of the equivalent and they said they don’t have anything. The worst service ever! Will never be back!
Ordered a chocolate shake and ended up with chocolate flavored milk. Asked the guy to add chocolate ice cream. He did and the shake tasted like chmildly chocolate flavored milk. Disgusting. Dnt buy from them. I ended up dumping my order.
