Country Pride - Concordia

On September 17th, 2023, we placed our order for breakfast at 10:45 am. By 11:45 am, we finally received our food. I had ordered a bacon and cheese omelet, but instead received an onion omelet. The hash browns were essentially tater tots smashed onto the plate, and the pancakes were rock hard and doughy inside. My friend's sausage was undercooked, and the French toast was also not cooked properly. The biscuit was so hard it could be used as a weapon. Our server was apologetic about the poor quality of the food, attributing it to being short-staffed. Despite the long wait for our food, we were able to enjoy good coffee and conversation. We attempted to reach out to the manager but have not received a response. The decline in food quality over the years is disappointing, although the service was still excellent. It would have been beneficial to have a manager present on site.

I arrived at the restaurant at 11am on a Friday and found only one server and one cook on duty. Two employees from other areas of the truck stop were also seated at the counter having lunch. Despite sitting at the counter for 15 minutes, I was never acknowledged. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1 out of 5.

The waitress is more occupied with the Cook than customers. Food was good but mozzarella planks a little bit on the high price for three. She could work a little bit on customer service she is friendly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The service was OK. The food took a while to arrive, and once it didn't it was. It being like what was shown in the image on the menu. I order a smash paddies that came with cold bacon, cold fries, no pickles and instead of ham buns it had two piece of Texas toast. Do not recommend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

So why are they closed at 6:30 pm on Sunday June 4th when the hours listed are until 8 pm?
