I visit this restaurant frequently to get food. The cashiers are always kind and friendly, however, the card readers have been out of order for more than 3 weeks. This is very inconvenient and causes delays during the check out process. It seems like fixing the card reader should be a top priority. If I'm in a rush, I end up going to a different restaurant. What Laura Rhodes doesn't like about Casey's:
I recently stopped at FILTHY restaurant on my way from St. Louis to Kansas City. I was shocked to find the bathroom in such a disgusting state. There was urine all over the toilets, no toilet paper, and no soap available. When another customer asked for soap, the employee informed them that they were out of stock. When questioned about how the employees wash their hands, they replied that they don't use the bathroom.... View all feedback.
Bad service tonight. Pizza staff complained to the outside about customers, cassier had negative attitude and hardly said a word. If they don't want to work then not.
Try to get an order delivered to the T/A try stop, it mentions they deliver, but are not truck driver friendly, this location is 2.5 blocks, when a driver gets parked for the nite, they need to be able to count on some one and this Casey's unfortunately is not this location in Concordia, MO.
Their gas pumps don’t work when it’s cold out. Not sure they should be able to call themselves a gas station.
Clean facilities, friendly staff, good variety of products in the convenience store, easy access to the highway.
Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff and great snack choices for your stop for fuel when your traveling..
