We were on our way up to the mountains on Christmas Eve (entertaining guests from Florida) and were pleasantly surprised to see that TGIFriday’s was open and taking reservations for 8:30. Our guests got to the restaurant at 8:10 and were told that the kitchen was closing and they weren’t taking any orders- even though I booked the reservation through open table. We were seated promptly when we arrived for our table reservation. The food we ordered was delicious and the service was excellent.
I had an amazing experience with my server, Breaunna. She was professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely sweet. I will definitely be returning to dine here because of her outstanding service, and I will be requesting her specifically. She is truly one of the best servers I have ever had, and I hope the management recognizes and appreciates her hard work. I made sure to let her know that I would be praising her exceptional service.
The restaurant had a cozy and welcoming vibe, with amiable staff. The food was tasty and the waiter was attentive and flexible.
