We had good time with good food and excellent beer selection

Walked in and spoke with the little lady by the patio. She gave us menus and said she'd be out to take our order. 30 mins later she never came. The other waitress wouldn't even acknowledge us. Too bad, we tip very well ?‍

Were so excited to have iron thunder! their buffalo chicken sandwich is delicious and their portions are great. we’ve been tight on funds lately so this was going to be our “splurge meal” my hubby arrived and placed the order at 3pm by 3:30pm I found it odd he had not left the restaurant yet, so I called and asked what was going on me and the kiddos (and him as well) were STAAAAARVING... And having ordered before at iron, we never had to wait that long.. so this is where this review comes in… The kid’s meal we ordered was plain chicken tenders and fries with the buffalo sauce on the side. When the order came out, he checked it and noticed the kids’ tenders were buffalo… Messing up an order, things happen we get it that wasn’t really the issue. The issue and primary purpose for this review is the lack of care and safety protocol in preparing a fresh new set of chicken tenders CORRECTLY rather than RINSING THEM OFF WITH WATER!!!!!!! The chicken tenders returned back to us in our to go container were wet and very obviously had been rinsed to remove the buffalo sauce!!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING MEEEEE??? I mean, come on! DANG! We were so upset and I know most of it came from us looking forward to enjoying iron! It was such a disappointment! They gave us a refund but really what we would’ve wanted is for the job to have been done correctly the first time or even the second time.

Decent sports bar! We got a variety of things on the menu.

Great dive bar atmosphere, good food, great prices and solid bartenders. What else can you ask for?
