Steamboat Hot Pot - Concord

The restaurant no longer uses OpenTable, so our reservation was not on file and we were placed on the waitlist. The staff expressed regret but did not take any action to resolve the issue.

I recently visited Steamboat with two friends, and it was a new experience for all of us. Our server was very knowledgeable about the process and her menu recommendations were excellent. She guided us through the ordering and suggested that we try the Sapporo beers on tap instead of in bottles, which was a great decision! The shrimp balls and lamb skewers were both delicious. I highly recommend trying the half and half broth, which has a perfect balance of spiciness and mildness. We will definitely be returning soon!

The best hot pot place to eat dinner in! I loved it, I would come here again for dinner. I ate here with my family, and my family loved it.

I love this place, especially on those cold days when you need some warming up. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. The owner, Samson, always makes us feel at home, like we’re part of the family. I’ve tried other places, but I always end up coming back to Steamboat. They’ve set the bar on hot pot and so far, I haven’t found another spot that can compare. Samson keep doing what you’re doing. You’re obviously doing it right!

Great food, good price, good sake options... Amazing spot. ..don't let the location fool you this place is BAF (BOMB AS ****). Open late, healthy... I eat out constantly and don't like hitting up the same spot usually but I can't stay away from this place...It is among the best in the Bay...
