Romano's Pizza Italian - Concord

We loved it! The food was great! This was my first time here on my visit from Raleigh. I will be back!

Ordered takeout when I got there and ordered 3 lasagna’s and took it home. Stood right there and waited patiently to see how they cooked it and when I got home i was amazed by the home cooked NY style recipe they used. I was shocked at the flavor and heartyness of the food. Made fresh to order and if you love Italian food like me, do not rush the cooks. Thank you all for your cooking. Much respect and much love. I ordered at night after 6pm and it also was take out. 50$ or so in total along with two tiramisu’s . The tiramisu is perfect.

Great food, great price, wonderful service! Near the NY-style pizza in NC. Update: Still my favorite Italian restaurant, hands down. I drive from South Charlotte to eat Italian. I only have pizza, or a Stromboli. The cook is a very wonderful cook and he is always very polite. He leads the show for the owner and what a great job he does.

Pizza used to be really good. Ordered one yesterday for pickup. They said 20-25 minutes. I was there 20 minutes before they even made it and put it in the oven. 10 minutes later they boxed it. I should have opened the box and looked at it. Cheese was barely melted. The crust was so tough I couldn't bite it and was white not golden brown. Tells me they should have left it in the oven longer. Also the barely melted cheese was not even warm. Don't waste your money. And it wasn't cheap!
