My sister called me that the workers were being rude to her to order a pizza. So I called the Pizza Hut to make the order for my family. And then the worker was telling me that so many calls were calling that they said ‘It was ridiculous and I’m not taking your order’. I said it calmly ‘okay I would like a large pizza with half Hawaiian and half pepperoni’. And she said what’s the topping and I was kind of confused what she meant like didn’t she heard what I said for my order. And she was giving me an attitude like what’s the topping like ‘ma’am did you not just heard what I said for my order?’. And after that I pay the food and she ended the call like who you’re told you can talk like that to a CUSTOMER like this is ridiculous and unbelievable right now. Honestly I hope it doesn’t go for everyone because now I’m not ordering Pizza Hut anymore the way the worker was giving me her attitude. Unbelievable it’s the worse and I hope you have a day because as a customer I have no respect with that coworker someone gotta do something about It. Thank you very much and have a good day???.

The food there is enjoyable, but I've noticed that the various crust flavors taste a bit different to me.

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious, and the place was spotless. I can't say enough about the staff—they were not only beautiful but also incredibly polite. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

On the night of 8-6-2022 my 17 year old daughter and a group of friends went to this particular Pizza Hut for wings. As they were heading to the vehicle my daughter misplaced her car key. Her and her friends then spent about an hour looking for itbetween the restaurant and outside area where they parked. My daughter proceeded to ask employees if they had seen a single keyor if they could pull anything up on their surveillance cameras to help her determine where it might be. They expressed to herthat the camera would not pick up the area where she parked. The key was never found so she had to leave her car and I pickedthem up last night. Today my daughter went back to look for her key considering it was now daylight and she could see better.She proceeded to ask the General Manager Samantha Harper if she or anyone had turned her key in after she left last night, andshe was extremely nasty to my daughter and very rude and inconsiderate continuously telling her they don?t have her key. As hermom I went to look with her this evening one last time and spoke with the manager on duty seeing as the camera near the area ofmy daughters car could have possibly caught something to help us determine where it could have gone. She proceeded to checktheir safe and called Samantha Harper on the phone and boy did she have a lot to say about us continuing to ask her employeesabout anything concerning my daughters car key. As stated from the manager on duty tonight per Mrs. Samantha Harper ? Do notcome back asking about the car key no one stole it, and if it happens again we will be banned from the restaurant and demandedmy daughters car be moved by 4 pm tomorrow or it will be towed? You could tell the manager didn?t want to relay the informationand was quite puzzled by her anger over a car key that we?re just trying to find to get her car home and not have to spend $200on getting a locksmith out to cut a new key. Talk about a lack of care and compassion for customers that

Umm this place is a hit or miss but they have gotten better with the customer service and they will fix your order if they messed it up Update: Manager Samantha needs to be fired! I don?t understand why Pizza Hut allows her to continue working forthem and treating customers the way she does. Look at the reviews she has been doing this for some time now- recently and in thepast? Unacceptable!
