Peet's Coffee - Concord

I ordered a drip coffee at this Peet's location and found it to be old and burnt. This is not the first time I have been disappointed by this place. It's a shame that this Peet's is so inconsistent. I have decided to deduct a star from my review. This morning, in a rush, we stopped at this Peet's on our way. Unfortunately, our order took a full 30 minutes to be completed, and once again, my coffee had a burnt taste. I wish there was a nice local coffee shop in Todos Santos plaza instead. I believe it would do much better than this Peet's, which I find to be a joke. The only other option in the area is Starbucks.

Owned by starbucks now, as is all peets. Plus you really should be going to a local coffee shop and supporting them. Not this

20 minutes to get a 'dark chocolate mocha ' that consists of milk and water, not a single hint of coffee or chocolate.

I love going to this Peet's coffee shop! The drinks are always well made and the staff is friendly, making our visits enjoyable. The manager, Patti, and her team know our names and always greet us with a smile. Patti has even helped me discover new coffee options by recommending different drinks and variations to try. My favorite is their classic cappuccino! Although the line can get long at times, the baristas work efficiently to get through orders quickly.

This is a great place to get coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stopped by to buy a gift card for my friend's birthday and I will definitely be back for more.
