Molli Lounge - Concord

This is our 2nd time to visit. We love the many beverage options, especially the spicy margarita. The menu is filled with great variety. We love the quessabirria tacos, Brussels Sprouts Cioppino. Audriana was our server and bartender. She handled both roles with ease. She offered great suggestions when we asked and had a great sense of humor. We highly recommend enjoying this gem of a restaurant.

The food was bland, and not prepared per requested. I asked for a medium well steak and rack of lamb, but what I got was rare. Portobello steak was flowing with water. Pescado verde had the sauce missing initially. It was fixed later. All veggies on the plates were under-seasoned and tasteless. The only two things that saved the day was Pato Chicharron and the desserts: Red velvet and Oreo cheesecake. I was embarrassed to have brought my guests there as the food was a miss. Nobody ate to their full or satisfaction. I came home and cooked for everyone. It wasn’t an experience; it was an adventure that was bland, boring, cold food filled and just overall bad.

Food was cold and undercooked it took forever for the food to come out the server took 30 minutes to serve water and drinks one of the glasses was cracked and then they had the gall to have a mandatory 20% gratuity added to the bill automatically.

Came here on Valentine’s Day. They had a set menu with few options. So if you’re going to do this those options need to be hit out of the park. In this case they weren’t. I ordered the ribeye steak. It came with veggies and mashed potatoes. The veggies and mash were served cold. How? My steak was tough and had absolutely no flavor! Again how? My wife ordered the lamb she said her meat was seasoned, but her veggies and potatoes were served cold! Also our meals came with a salad. The salad was extremely basic! Overall this experience left a ton to be desired!

Music was a little loud at times. Difficult to hold a conversation at times. But when I requested the volume lowered, they did.
