I picked up catering for my nursing home staff and was inadvertently accused twice. I brought this to the manager and it was corrected by the end of the day. They even followed that night to make sure everything was done. Everyone also greeted me with a smile that says a lot about their customer service. What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
We typically enjoy dining at Moes. Even though we weren't satisfied with our visit this time, we still wanted to return. The service was excellent, but unfortunately, the food was extremely salty. It was so salty that we contemplated returning it and asking for a refund. We have never experienced such a salty meal before at Moes. View all feedback.
I ordered the tofu homewrecker with grilled vegetables, salsa, and guacamole. It's a delicious vegan option.
I recently ordered catering for my nursing home staff from this restaurant and I was accidentally double-charged. I informed the manager and the issue was resolved by the end of the day. They even followed up that evening to ensure that everything was sorted out. The staff greeted me with a smile, which speaks volumes about their customer service. We will definitely continue to order catering from this restaurant for our events at the facility.
Due to the BFF BOGO promotion, Moe's was quite busy tonight. There were approximately four employees working and the line extended out the door. Despite having ordered online, my food was not ready when I arrived at the register. After waiting in my car for about ten minutes, my order still wasn't prepared when I returned inside. However, the dedication and positive attitude of the young workers were admirable. They maintained a friendly and helpful demeanor, laughing with customers and supporting each other. The employees were diligent in their tasks, wearing gloves, restocking supplies, and communicating with waiting customers about the delay. They even offered beverages to those waiting for online orders. The teamwork and positivity displayed by the staff should be commended. I am giving a four-star rating, only because I wish tofu was available. Despite understanding supply chain challenges, it is disappointing when items are out of stock. I hope Moe's can implement a system to inform customers of unavailable items before placing an order. Thank you for your service!
I attempted to eat at the restaurant on Monday, but I was not able to receive assistance with accessing the deal on my phone or access the $7.99 Monday special. As someone who is nearly 70 years old, I require assistance. It is disheartening to be treated this way. I feel unwelcome at Moe's.
If you have ever visited Moe's, you'll recognize its clean appearance and pleasant staff. The food is consistently fresh.
