Love bringing the dog to the patio and ordering her a burger and brown rice. Really nice to have a dog friendly area, plus the food and drinks are always great.
Great quality service! The rum barrel punch, bbq pulled pork, and the chicken and waffle salad is so good!
Great food great service.. love the heated dog friendly patio. My puppy loved the chicken and rice bowl. My fried chicken salad was awesome and my grandma is crazy about the banana pudding. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town. We got some of their tv dinners to take home as well and they were awesome too.
Damn deliciousGreat wait service, the best ginger beer I've had in a while.
Children's meals were burnt (chicken nuggets), service was friendly but slow. Most of the food was delicious, especially the hush puppies and deviled eggs.
Lazy Dog offers a delightful dining experience for both pet owners and food lovers. With a menu boasting generous portions, including the must-try PB&J Burger and innovative dishes like fried deviled eggs topped with bacon candy, guests rave about the flavors. The dog-friendly patio is a hit, with special canine menus that keep furry friends satisfied. Attentive service adds to the ambiance, though initial seating may require patience during peak hours. Whether you're sampling craft beers from the beer club or indulging in decadent desserts like the Triple Chocolate Mousse, Lazy Dog promises a memorable outing.

I was about to type a generic good food good service sentence and my husband reminded me about the cornbread croutons. For dinner one Thursday evening we were in town and decided to try the Lazy Dog. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken salad and atop the salad were cornbread croutons. These are delicious little bites of cornbread baked as croutons and I wish I could buy them by the bagful. Appetizer we tried was fried deviled eggs, and I understand that sounds weird, but whoa they were excellent and tasty with a small piece of the bacon candy adorning their greatness. My husband ordered the PB&J burger (which included bacon candy yum) and the bite I tried was very good. The side of pickled cucumbers was a small dish of thinly sliced cucumbers that had been pickled in vinegar with radishes, also tasty. I also ordered and drank a Huckleberry Mule which definitely could have used more vodka as the ginger beer fought the flavors of the lemon and huckleberry pretty fiercely. We would eat here again.
The facilities are great, with spacious bathrooms, ample outdoor and indoor seating, and a parking lot that’s large enough without being too crowded. I plan to return with family and friends. I suggest making reservations ahead of time, as it tends to fill up quickly. The ambiance was lovely, and I appreciated the artwork displayed on the walls. The portion sizes were generous and well worth the price. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and look forward to coming back, but I do hope for a warmer welcome from the staff at the front—first impressions matter!
This is an ok place to go to after work for drinks and bar food. The service is ok. The fish and chips was good. It's a good place to go to watch a game.
Our server, Cole, was fantastic! He was incredibly helpful and attentive, checking on us just the right number of times. He recommended the most delicious dessert I've ever tasted—the Triple Chocolate Mousse! He even took the time to check the ingredients for me due to my food sensitivities. Thank you, Cole! I've visited this restaurant several times before, and this has been the best service we've experienced by far. I truly recognize talent when I see it. He deserves a promotion because you shouldn't let good employees like him go.
Ran out of food in the refrigerator so I decided to try to find some place local to eat. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to this restaurant and I’m glad to see that the service standards are still very good. Wide variety of options to choose from on the menu, plenty of drinks to choose from at the bar as well. TVs were full of sporting events and plenty of weight staff there to assist. I realize I should visit here more often.

Dishes outdoors, firefighters, dogs ok on terrace, microbrows, house cocktails, extensive menu: appetizers, seafood, burgers, protein dishes, Entrées, salads
This review is more of a 3.6 to 3.8 out of 5. The food is just okay. I had hoped to make this a regular spot, maybe visiting once a year. Unfortunately, while the food started off well, it now tastes like it comes from a package. During my most recent visit, none of us finished our meals because we weren’t impressed. The only standout item was the wings appetizer. The fries were overly hyped. The service was acceptable, and the prices are fair.
Lazy Dog has great pot roast and delicious dessert. Love the hot Apple Huckleberry tart with Vanilla Ice Cream, perfect ending to a good dinner. Even when it looks busy, come in anyway ? we were seated right away.
The name might throw you off, but the restaurant has some class. It?s alway a fun place to come to along with the fur babies. Our dogs love coming to dinner with us and grabbing a nice $5 dog bowl. The ambiance inside or outside is appealing to all. Food was delicious?some of the best fries I have had in a long time. The mint and cucumber speciality drink was ok, really tasted like pickle juice to me. I would stick to the regular cocktails. Customer services is usually great. The last time we went, they were a little overwhelmed. Got the food order wrong and forgot utensils on several occasions, but the server did have a great personality. They also treated our Dalmatian really well and showed her a lot of love which we appreciate. ?

We went here because of its dog-friendly reputation. I brought my Cavapoo and she enjoyed the Hamburger Patty Bowl. Maybe, I will order no rice next time and order extra meat. My husband and I enjoyed our Happy Hour dinner date with our puppy. We willdefinitely come back for more.
Cole our server was awesome! Very helpful, and attentive. Checked on us just the perfect amount of times! He recommended the most delicious dessert I’ve ever had: The Triple Chocolate Mousse! I always enjoy my visits to Lazy Dog Restaurant Bar! The experience is consistently wonderful, and the food never disappoints. One of the best aspects is how dog-friendly the restaurant is, particularly on the patio where they provide a special menu for dogs. I recently went with my mom and our Corgi, and we ordered her the chicken and rice bowl – she was thrilled with it. My personal favorite from the menu is the PB&J Burger; it’s absolutely delicious! I highly recommend checking it out.
Our server Darren at Lazy Dog Restaurant Bar was exceptional, making sure everyone in our group enjoyed their drinks and meals. When we arrived, the restaurant was very busy, and with seven of us, we faced a long wait or outdoor seating. We chose to sit outside, and although the heaters and fire pit provided some warmth, it was still slightly cold. Nonetheless, we had a fantastic experience, loved the menu, and appreciated the excellent service!

We had a great time enjoying our salads while celebrating my birthday. However, despite my wife mentioning the occasion, the restaurant didn't offer a complimentary dessert, which would have been a nice touch after our healthy meal. We ended up buying our own dessert. If that gesture had been made, I would have happily given them a 5-star rating.
I really enjoy dining at this restaurant. When we eat in, the food and service are always excellent. However, I've completely given up on ordering take-out over the past year because something always goes wrong. We've had missing items, and just last time, our drinks were forgotten. This time, I ordered the new Mac and Cheese dish, thinking it sounded delicious. When I opened it up, I hesitated because it looked like a pie, but I decided to cook it anyway, hoping it was just a strange Parmesan herb crust. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a pot pie—definitely not what I wanted. It feels like a waste of money, time, and food, especially since no one in my apartment likes pot pies. I’m updating my review to add a star because the customer service representative was very kind.
Lazy Dog serves an amazing pot roast and scrumptious desserts. I really enjoyed the hot Apple Huckleberry tart with vanilla ice cream—it was the perfect way to finish a delightful dinner. Even when it seems crowded, don't hesitate to walk in; we were seated immediately.
