I was charged twice because the staff member mistakenly charged me for the wrong item and then lied about it. When I asked him if he had swiped my card twice, he said no, which was completely untrue. When I got home, I discovered not one, but two different charges from KFC on my card.

Well I was horribly disappointed!... read more I recently ordered the new hot and spicy chicken wings due to the extensive advertising plus I liked their wings from before. Well I was horribly disappointed! Not due to kfc's idea of what they should be but because this store personnel more than likely did not follow corporate instructions on how to cook and store the wings. They were dried out and rubbery. They should have never been served to me. They were cooked well in advance and kept way past any sort of quality storage time under heat lamps. I worked in fast food for 12 years so I know what they did wrong. Sadly employees need extensive training and constant follow up to insure they abide by the standards set by corporate. Too many times front line employees think they know better than the corporate product developers who spend millions to develop and test a product then corporate marketing spends millions to bring the product to market to drive customers to the stores only to have front line employees drop the ball and lose customers going forward. This is a local management problem lack of supervision and positive reinforcement at the store level. I have lost faith in this store and warn others to beware, quality is poor.

Does anyone know why they insist that you stop at the first window and wait until your order is ready before signaling you to come to the second window to pay?... read more Does anyone know why they insist that you stop at the first window and wait until your order is ready before signaling you to come to the second window to pay? It's funny because I wonder why I can't just pull up to the window like at any other drive-thru. Is it for privacy while they're preparing the food or something? It seems a bit odd to me.
