### Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag Experience At this bustling drive-thru, customer experiences vary significantly. While some patrons commend the efficiency and accuracy of their orders, others express frustration over inconsistent food quality and customer service. Reports of incomplete orders and poorly prepared items overshadow moments of exemplary staff kindness, particularly highlighting one cashier's exceptional support during a difficult time. On the other hand, several customers have encountered unresponsive management, leading to dissatisfaction. Despite the restaurant’s potential with fresh food, the overall inconsistency and occasional rudeness from staff may deter future visits. Every time I visit this restaurant, they manage to mess up my order, which makes me feel like they do it on purpose. When I pull up to the window after ordering, I can’t help but wonder if my chicken will be crispy. Unfortunately, it usually comes out greasy instead. I’ve repeatedly declined their $0.30 upgrade, but they do it anyway. Overall, this place is disappointing.
They should remove the word « Fast Food » from that KFC. I made the mistake to stop by here 3 times. All 3 times, I have had to wait 30+ minutes. It was not because of the drive thru being full, they are just too slow. If you are in a rush, please avoid this place. I have seen multiple cars wait 20+ minutes then give up. Worst service ever.
Very busy drive-thru location. Food order was fulfilled with accuracy. Line moved fairly steadily. Did not visit inside the restaurant, but there were not many cars parked.
The pot pies were stale, and the nuggets were undercooked when I got home.
On a Thursday night around 6:30, with no special event happening, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for my order. They only handed me half of it (the Taco Bell items) and told me to pull forward for the KFC part. I had ordered just five tenders and mashed potatoes. After an additional 15-minute wait, I went inside to ask for a refund. The manager seemed indifferent, offered no apology, and acted as if helping me was a burden. The service was poor, and the customer service was disappointing. Be cautious if you choose to visit this location.
