I ordered two three-piece meals through the drive-thru, but when I got home, each box had only two small pieces of chicken. I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, but the manager, a woman whose name started with "S," was incredibly rude and made me feel like I was making up the problem. Although Darnell at the drive-thru was very kind, the manager's behavior was unacceptable. I wasted around $20 on incorrect meals and will not be coming back to this location.

They only handed me half of it (the Taco B... read more On a Thursday night around 6:30, with no special event happening, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for my order. They only handed me half of it (the Taco Bell items) and told me to pull forward for the KFC part. I had ordered just five tenders and mashed potatoes. After an additional 15-minute wait, I went inside to ask for a refund. The manager seemed indifferent, offered no apology, and acted as if helping me was a burden. The service was poor, and the customer service was disappointing. Be cautious if you choose to visit this location.
