Very busy drive-thru location. Food order was fulfilled with accuracy. Line moved fairly steadily. Did not visit inside the restaurant, but there were not many cars parked. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
do not ask for mac cheese dish that it was only for unlimited time and they do not have makkaroni and do not ask them for kartoffel wedges that they no longer have, so I did not go to them anymore. View all feedback.
For the first time, after eating in kfc throughout the country, had a terrible $60.00 take order. my complaint made at the headquarters, and every person I spoke with was seriously regrettable for my experience and wanted to do well for it. from the two different women at the headquarters to the manager renee at the location. everyone bent back to change. I have my money back, and also a mere chicken. problem is, the original huh is just not what it was earlier. Previously it was so big pieces and juicy, we simply couldn't get enough of it in the last fifty years. but even this second order was considered or something, but it was just dry and did not really enjoy it. I'll give another try at another place, and if it's the same, it's probably adios kfc, hello popeyes! I wish that was as good as the people who helped me.
No special Thursday night, 6:30 sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes for my order. They gave me 1/2 of my order (the TacoBell half) and then asked me to pull forward for the KFC half... I 'd only ordered 5 tenders and mashed potatoes. I waited another 15 minutes before going INSIDE and asking for a refund. Manager wasn 't bothered at all by this, never apologized and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to have to do this. Not only poor service, poor customer service. Visit here at your own risk.
Horrible experience, went through the drive thur and order 2 3pc meals got home and only had 2 little pieces of chicken in each box. Call up there and the manager (a lady) her name started with a (S) she was extremely rude and act like I was lying. She made me feel extremely bad. The guy Darnell that was in the drive Thu was extremely nice but that manager was rude. So now I wasted around 20 dollars on those meals that wasn't right. I will not be visiting this location again
It's a KFC/Taco Bell, typical menu, but I can say the food was Hot and Fresh, easy in easy out shopping center no hassle plenty of parking
35 minutes to place order and get same. I work near this location; always have had great food and service. Will think twice now about eating at this location, especially if dining in!!
