Jack In The Box - Concord

Don’t go at night. The little girls who work there are very loud and very immature. I don’t have a problem during the day but at night I wait ten minutes for 4 tacos. HIRE NEW PEOPLES! They are very rude so there’s no point in being nice at all to those kids.

Is there a reason the hours are listed as 24 hours when it's clearly not open during the hours listed. I showed up at 2am to the drive thru sign lit up but no one to take my order.

When I ordered my meal the attendee was duper nice and patient. But my food tasted like it was sitting there for awhile and not up to par. Nevertheless you should be able to give fresh food. Fast food is not getting it done especially when it's expensive.

Drive-thru open 24hrs. Not this one! This location is located next to a gas station. Gas station was well lit. Jack in the box no lights inside outside of facility. Parking lot completely dark! Will be contacting Jack.

Not a good experience!!! Came here around 2am the place was completely dark! No lights!! It was kind of spooky! No sign on door saying why! Nothing! Cars started to pull up was also surprised why drive-thru was closed! No workers inside. Too dark to even tell.
