His team is always professional and a joy to be around. When we needed to change our wedding date, Derry made the transition seamless and hassle-free. I was truly impressed by how he runs his business. As for the food, it is delicious, high-quality, and reasonably priced! It’s the In-N-Out of catering—in the best way possible. They focus on doing one thing exceptionally well. While they may not offer a custom menu featuring Asian influences, you can always count on the quality of their meat, and the food will be tasty enough to have your guests raving and going back for more. I am particularly discerning about food, and I often find wedding meals to be disappointing, with tough steak and dry, bland chicken. Derry's tri-tip and chicken, however, are remarkably flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. The scalloped potatoes and everything else were also delightful. Having tried countless wedding meals, I can confidently say that Derry's is the best I've ever experienced. I would recommend Derry to anyone without hesitation. Thank you so much to Derry and his team for making our wedding so special! We genuinely appreciate it!

Derry and his crew ca... read more No matter the occasion, Derry and his team at Englund's Catering are the perfect choice! They are truly an exceptional group to work with. Derry and his crew catered our wedding for over 140 guests, and everything went seamlessly. From beginning to end, Derry was attentive and supportive of our needs. He promptly answered all our questions and was always available for follow-ups or discussions in the two weeks leading up to the event. The tasting we had months in advance was elegant and a memorable experience on its own. Every detail, from the place settings to the table coverings, was neat, well executed, and impressive. And the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! We received numerous compliments during and after the reception regarding the quality of the dishes. I highly recommend the beef Wellington appetizers. Even the salmon, which I usually avoid at large buffet catering events, turned out to be one of the evening’s highlights and a personal favorite for both my wife and me. Derry and his staff are truly passionate and genuinely care about their clients and their events. It was wonderful to have someone as dedicated and involved in our celebration as Derry.

Th pictures are our half eaten plates because... read more The hubs and I went to a catered event at Rossmoor last night. Englund's was the caterer. The food was delicious! Th pictures are our half eaten plates because as we were devouring the yummy food, I realized that the caterers must have a website. At the event they had rolls (skipped , Caesar salad (delicious , scalloped potatoes (so good! , green beans with almonds (the best , salmon with a seasoning on top that was so good and tri-tip which the hubs said was really good. I think this is a place that is worth the price!
