Nice helpful patient ladies work here in the evening, good food made fast, took coupons, gave me extra sauce, that's why we cross town to come eat at this location. Clean lobby and bathrooms, hardly any uncouth customers, in fact most are very nicecourteous people. We'll be back again and again, easy. View all feedback.

A coupon came with the newspaper and my friend and I decided to try their Street Taco platter since neither of us had ever tried El Pollo Loco before. What a big mistake! The refried beans were a soup with no flavor but enough heat to make our mouths and lips burn. The Spanish rice was also tasteless but also like paste with peppery heat to burn the lips. I bought the new salads, the street corn, and a family package, the food was very delicious, they served me very well, they were very friendly

First time trying the Loco. Surprised me how it tastes like the halfway point between home cooking and traditional Mexican restaurants. Unfortunately, I must say even as much as I love Taco bell, The Loco was good.
Delicious, clean, fast, fresh and affordable Mexican Food...Real Food! The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is prepared and open for all to see and watch. They have a drive through, an app and fresh avacado, chicken grilling and a delicious hot sauce that you have to try! Seriously delicious hot sauce!
