Dunkin' Donuts - Concord

We sympathized with the staff member working today; she did her best despite the circumstances. However, management should have provided more support, as it was tough for her to keep everything clean on her own. We're also concerned about the open containers of whole and regular milk being left out, as we hope this doesn’t lead to any health issues.

Cassandra and Jessica did an outstanding job assisting my wife with her gluten-free allergy by preparing a no-carb egg sandwich with speck and cheese. She loved it, and as a result, we’re now Dunkin' Donuts fans once again. Both of them were incredibly polite and energetic!
