Dunkin' - Concord

This is hands down the worst dunks I have ever been to. I have been here so many times cause I work next to it and never ONCE have I gotten my order 100 percent correct. My food is consistently undercooked or overcooked. And my drinks are never made theway I ask. So incredibly frustrating. If I could give zero stars I would.

We received our drinks accurately, but when we ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, we ended up with a bag that contained two muffins instead of the bagel we requested.

Yesterday, when my lovely 16-year-old niece wanted to try some donuts, I thought I would give this place another chance since it was close to my workplace. After waiting 12 minutes in the drive-thru, I realized the staff was ignoring us—I could hear everything, including her movements. If they were closed, there was no reason to keep us waiting for so long, and I could have just gone inside. So we decided to make it easier for them and walked inside. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If they really were closed, I don’t understand how two customers had just bought coffee in front of us a minute earlier. Instead, she started cursing in front of my niece, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. Overall, this establishment does not deserve your money or time. I would give it zero stars if I could. They don't care about their customers, and I wouldn’t want anyone I care about to have the same disappointing experience.

I purchased vanilla cream donuts from this Dunkin' twice, and both times they tasted like lemon or some other unusual cream flavor. It was quite unpleasant, and I felt like I was wasting my money. If someone with an allergy to that filling had tried it, it could have been serious. Overall, I would rate this experience as a 1 star. What do you think?
