Extremely slow drive through. Waited 25 min for a sausage egg and cheese. 3 different people came up to me at the window and told me the wrong order. Do not come here if you are in a rush, extremely disorganized location. View all feedback.
The best donut place in the city the place is clean and the people who attended me were very kind I highly recommend it 5 stars
This Dunkin' Donuts in Cabarrus County is the best by far! The customer service and attention to detail at this location are commendable and highly appreciated. Unlike the stale donuts I received from the Concord location on 29 (which were terrible), this place took care of me right away.

Waited in line for 20 minutes behind four cars only to pay $12 for two bowls that were actually in tiny cups halfway full.
