Domino's Pizza - Concord

Lately their pizzas have been all watery for some reason, and when I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich, they packaged it in halves. That is, one side of the bread with the topping down on the paper, and the other side of the bread wrapped in the paper. Absolutely baffling how anyone could screw up that badly, but I will never be ordering from them again.

Agree with the last 1 star review, if I could give 0 stars I would. I would recommend ordering your pizza a day in advanced if you want to actually receive it on time. Took approx. 2 hours to get the pizza. I see these cookie cutter responses to reviews from the manager, my personal recommendation would be to liquidate the staff, including yourself. A manager who does nothing to fix a circus like this, despite continuous 1 star reviews, is no manager at all. By the way, don’t bother calling as you won’t actually connect to anyone, the teleprompter says click 3 to connect with a store member but it says that button isn’t recognized, we finally managed to get put on hold but it was just that, hold, for 20+ minutes… we hung up. All of this occurred on a Thursday as well. Anyways never ordering from this place again. Thanks.

Ordered a shifty pizza from somewhere else and stopped here to get some nacho cheese and breadsticks....it's hard to get nacho cheese at a pizza place other than the midwest. So breadstucks and some marinara cheese thing they had. Two younger guys working inside (Saturday April 8 night shift) were awesome. Will try to visit again before I leave.

Ordered food, it got here pretty quickly but the it was someone elses order. Not even close, it wasn't even anything I'd consider eating. I tried calling for help and after 2 hours, I have yet to get anyone on the phone. Still Trying. Still hungry.

Pizza was good... 30 minutes late /after it was promised. Manager was not helpful. Said sorry we had an unexpected rush . You 're a pizza place on Friday night dude....
