Cook Out - Concord

I ordered a burger, Cajun-Fries and Cajun-Hähnchen-Wrap with dr. pepper when I came home to eat, I opened my tablet to find 2 maishunde and regular pommes with an irrigated beer. - what?

Got the Bbq tray with cheese bites fries and a tea. The food was hot and tasted well but I found a black hair in the cheese bites after the fact. UGH!

Night crew is rude and have no customer service whatsoever. Got to window asked the young lady at the window how she was…no response. Once I got my food I thanked her…again no response. Ordered a tray (Cajun chicken). The order was wrong just a piece of chicken in between a bun. No seasoning on chicken no toppings. The shake wasn’t mixed at all big chunks of peanut butter in the shake. Barely any Oreo in it. Went back and asked for a refund the woman making the shakes proceeded in arguing with me about the shake. Once she got the manager to issue a refund he just came to the window and said. “You want a refund,” I said yes. Didn’t ask me what was wrong didn’t even care just issued the refund and I was on my way. STAY AWAY!!!!

It’s fast and cheap fast food. It’s pretty good but you get what you pay for. But still one of my favorite fast food chains.
