2.5 would be a good rating for this place. Daytime crew keeps it together, but at night it falls apart. University can do far better on a Saturday. Normally I go there but I got off early. What a mistake. Not to mention one line was moving significantly faster. Cashier was rude and got my order wrong. What was more concerning to me was the crowd congregating there. I remember a few years ago this location would be busy with local teens and young adults enjoying their weekend. Now it seems to have been overrun by a different crowd. I personally observed a man with a handgun protruding from his pocket while waiting in line at the walk up window, and two men were audibly arguing in the parking lot. Definitely didn?t feel safe.

I guess they just give small large portions now : Could have saved money and bought the regular size fries instead

Terrible service? Waited for an hour for my foooood?. but it was the best food ever

I?ve been a long time Cookout customer and usually the food is good but the new fries they?ve started serving are just terrible. They are hard and completely tasteless. I don?t know what?s changed but you guys need to bring back your old fries because whatever these are aren?t worth eating even covered in ranch. I?ve been to multiple locations and they are all serving these nasty fries. Extremely disappointed.
