They have the best rice, and the guacamole is amazing—and it’s free when you order a veggie burrito! Plus, the tortillas are vegan. I always opt for a bowl with a tortilla on the side, because there was one time when the service area looked unappealing, and the staff almost wrapped it all up in my burrito. I won’t make that mistake again. But that’s in the past. I love getting the tortilla on the side because you get more food in the bowl than you would in the burrito, which means I can make two meals out of it.

I spoke to the guy preparing the orders to let him know I was waiting on an order, And he said ?It doesn?t matter that you?re waiting? and he had to fill the door dash orders first. He told me notto blame him, But blame the system. Well maybe it?s me, But a customer waiting should take priority. I?ll not be returningbecause I was late for work due to this.*Edit* Found out my food was ready and sitting there for about 15 minutes. Got it cold.Do better, Chipotle

While this... read more I brought my concerns to a manager, but I don’t feel that any action was taken. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor customer service. While this location is convenient for me, I won’t be returning. These young workers need proper customer service training if they’re going to work in the service industry. Chipotle should improve their training and management practices.
