Chicken Salad Chick - Concord

The three of us stopped for lunch. I had the chicken salad BLT, the other two in our party had the chick with 2 different scoops of chicken salad. We all agreed that is was the best chicken salad we ever ate.

04/08/23 First time visit to a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant. With more than a handful of flavor options, the order taker allowed us to sample some chicken salad flavors, which helped us make our decision. Our party ordered the Classic ?, Fancy Nancy ?, and classic pimento cheese plus sides, which were all very tasty. The broccoli salad totally stole the show for us! ? We'll definitely visit Chicken Salad Chick when we're near one again in the future!

Went to Chicken Salad Chick for a Mother/Daughter Date! It's one of our favorite places to hang out together! The service was good and the food always is too! I don't know... there's just something about a scoop of creamy, tasty chicken salad and a cup of warm yummy soup that just does the heart good!Food: 5/5

I have lived in Concord all my life but have never been here so I figured me and my family could try it out. Visit was on 3/4/23 around lunch time.Walking in the restaurant was nice and clean but as soon as we got up to the counter the cashier which was the (assistant manager) that day was rude so rude that she didn’t even care that it was our first time being there, nor did she care to explain the menu options or anything…which honestly ruined the experience. Once we received our food she never asked if we enjoyed our visit or our food either; which she was doing to everyone else around us. Not sure what her problem was. Food was okay neither me nor my husband could taste the added flavors in our chicken salads. Our son got a fruit cup and macaroni which was fine he liked it but we found out later they had kids sandwiches finding out by ourselves of course so that was even more of a bummer. We for sure won’t be returning! Hopefully you hire happier friendly people for the future.

This is a nice clean establishment with polite staff. The food was good. The service was great. CSC would be a nice place for a healthier quick bite or lunch options.Food: 4/5
