Bento Sushi - Concord

I have always had a great lunch dinner here. Tonight horrible! Over cooked and crab imitation. Waiter took my meal away said I will tell the kitchen. Never saw him again. Another came for the bill. Told her I sent it back. Got the full bill paid and told the check out person how bad it was. NO apologies at all! Will not return and will not recommend ever again!

Watched the sushi cook at the sushi bar, bend down and blow his nose on the floor!! Then he proceeded to make sushi rolls with his bare hands as I sat there in disbelief. I have been going there for over 15 years. I complain to management at the front desk, and they ignored me And went on to charge me six dollars for my soup. I had started to eat, but had not finished. It Totally disgusting experience first time ever to see something like this. The sushi cook has snot all over his nose and chin. I kid you not it was terrible stay away.

So far… I had to sit at hibachi to get hibachi. I am pretty hungry and the rice has little flavor. it does not taste good The steak taste like Italian dressing, not like Asain hibachi. The yellow sauce has kind of a rancid taste to it. The ginger sauce is ok. The vegetables lack flavor. There is no onions?!

Fresh, delicious food served quickly. We had yakisoba and a bento box. Place could use some redecorating but it was clean and welcoming. Would go back if we are in the area.

I get sushi here often, but the selection is terrible and the last I got was falling apart.
