In all my travelling, this place is somewhat an exception. Restaurants in hotel are not always the greatest, Trio on the contrary has a great variety of dishes in a very reasonably pricing bracket. Attention is good and service is fast, fish and chips is great by the way. View all feedback.
What Leo Melgar doesn't like about Trio Restaurant and Lounge:
Had buffet breakfast here, and for the price of 20$ it is definitely not worth it. Pancakes/waffles are not crispy, eggs appeared underdone as did the bacon. Kind of was forced to come here based on the location and the time should have spent...it walking over to another place. Service was non existent, except when walking out and given receipt at the door. View all feedback.
I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The omelette was absolutely delicious and tasted like it was made with fresh ingredients. The service was great, with a friendly man attending to me - I believe his name was Johnny.
Only had breakfast, but after receiving such a bad service, decided not to go back to lunch or dinner. it was a buffet, but they should at least refill their coffee and teller deleted.
We ordered the food and had to wait almost an hour to be served. Meat was not cooked properly and was overpriced for the size of the portions.
Four of us had a good meal here. Good presentation,portions and hot, not to busy. we gave up going to the Keg for this more quiet location.Not disappointing.
We stayed at Novotel and used the restaurant and lounge twice during our stay. I reccomend the Calamari, we enjoyed it and we also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Staff is competent and very helpful. B Niagara
