When I asked for mayonnaise, they wanted to charge me $0.... read more The service was incredibly slow! To make matters worse, I had to clean off a table just to sit inside. When I asked for mayonnaise, they wanted to charge me $0.35, but the small amount they put on my chicken sandwich was laughable. They really skimp on the toppings. The bun wasn’t even fresh! My husband’s chicken was cold as well. I overheard another customer asking for ketchup, only to be told they were out. What?? I will never eat at KFC again.

There are plenty of other fast food options that offer convenient app ordering. It's time for KFC to modernize!

I waited 7 minutes for my next tray, and when I asked for the guest WiFi, the staff said it wasn’t for public use. So why label it as "guest" in the menu? It seemed to be for staff only. Despite this, I still love my fresh KFC!
