Coffee Time - Concord

Amazing donuts. Way better than Tim's and the coffee was good too. I have no idea why they haven't captured more of the market share.

This used to be my favorite spot for lunch when I was in the area, but I was really disappointed after my breakfast visit this morning. The woman who served me definitely needs some training in proper food handling. Before handing me my bag of food, she picked her nose and scratched her head, all while not wearing gloves. She removed my bag from the microwave without washing her hands, and I couldn’t bring myself to keep it—straight to the garbage it went. I can't help but wonder what other hygiene practices they might be ignoring. I won't be returning again. I'm very disappointed; this used to be one of my favorite places.

I really appreciate the location at the intersection of Jane and Long-Lasting, especially since it's very close to my workplace where I've been for over 25 years. However, I was disappointed when I ordered a box of 12 donuts and found that two of them had no jelly filling. It's just unacceptable!
