excellent advice when the cook is there but catastrophic when it is the boss at the furnaces!2 h wait after generously offered in aperitif to apologize. It's safe when we lost the order and the waitress doesn't dare tell the boss that doesn't. Too bad because the viewpoint in front of the city close and the port entrance wins respect.
