This is right on the beachfront. It is halfway between a shack and a proper building, and halfway between a cafe and a restaurant. The seating is comfortable, the staff are friendly if a bit hurried at busy times, and the food is a bit over average price and unexceptional. Good surprise for an improvised seaside meal. Beautiful terrace, beautiful view... The staff is very pleasant. The price is quite high, but like any beach restaurant with such a setting!
