The staff in this restaurant are beyond rude.. we booked for NYE And DESPITE me calling to confirm and move our reservation we arrived at the restaurant and he told us we never had a reservation and kicked us out on the street at 11pm on NYE where all other restaurants were booked.. horrific staff.. unprofessional.. rude.. never go there View all feedback.
The viridiana restaurant offers an elaborate menu that includes the cold cream of the galleys with an an Antarctic centola or the red loin of the valley of the sla with spicy pepper sauce and new potatoes to the rosemary. among the dishes of the menu includes secan tomato sausage with Galician percebes, pumpkin flowers full of strawberry clay fried in tempura and sausage eggs in skillet on mushroom mose and fresh truffles.
The viridian restaurant has an elaborate menu that includes dishes such as cold cream of galleys with an an antarctic centole, red loin of sla valley with spicy pepper sauce and new rosemary potatoes, corral eggs in the pan on the mousse of mushrooms and fresh truffles, filling of swab steam loin with white garlic of brown almonds
El Restaurante Viridiana dispone de una elaborada carta que incluye platos como crema fría de galeras con centolla antártica, lomo rojo de vaca del Valle del Esla con salsa de chile ahumado y patatas nuevas al romero, huevos de corral en sartén sobre mousse de hongos y trufas frescas, lomo de rape al vapor relleno de navajas con ajo blanco de almendras tiernas y el solomillo de ibérico relleno de torta del Casar con reducción de garnacha e higos asados.
