We were told there would be a short wait, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated. Paying $4 for a bottle of Spotted Cow felt a bit excessive. We ordered the burger, the walleye special, and the steak special. I’d recommend sticking with the burgers, as the specials were rather disappointing. I was really excited about the French onion soup, but it was also a letdown. Overall, I think I’d prefer to eat in Cumberland or Amery next time if I’m looking for anything other than water or a burger. The burgers are good and reasonably priced, though!
This historic Wisconsin Supper Club is a true gem for the weekend! They offer the finest Old Fashioneds in Polk County, and their Prime Rib Dinner on Saturdays is simply delicious.
Fantastic restaurant with wonderful staff! The only downside is that they have limited hours during the week.
Dining at this restaurant is truly worth the journey. The outdoor seating area is beautifully arranged, and both the service and food are consistently outstanding, which keeps us returning for more. Just be cautious not to overindulge in the amazing bar offerings, or you may find it a bit challenging to get home!
