What Kim doesn't like about Arby's:
Used the drive thru and the fries were missing from our order. I called and the woman who answered said if I went back to get them, they would make me fresh ones, but that was all they offered. Had I gone back for the fries, the rest of the food would have gotten cold. Booooo Arby's. ZERO for service. View all feedback.
Last couple orders was made to fast and some was cold or melted down
Went here for lunch when we walked in everyone was just standing around. While tables and floors were disgusting.
Decent fast food at a reasonable price, but can be a little heavy. Tried the chicken sandwich and it was fresh, hot, and tasty. The smoked brisket is always good, too.
I only wish I could give a zero star! Your drive thru person Alley customer service rating zero. I can see if the place was busy. However no one car in line and you managed not only mess up what fries were supposed to be but not put everything in the bag that was order and then when I called you totally made it like it was no big deal and pretty much acted like it is what it is!! Unacceptable
Ordered from here the fries were stale the rest of the food was lukewarm. I did not realize it until I was down the road on my way to work. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I will not return. Check your food before you pull off.
