I've been cool, and I've been so incarcerated that I have a look at the RANCH threat. she was so rude and said no. and at the moment when she entered me as favor. So I managed to get my daughter, and with an RUDE vote, she was good. I wanted them to yell or scream that they should rely on the search for a woman they want to stop and she has yup. what a BEE-ATCH. So I hit the CANCELLED OR. and left!

The manager did not... read more I have had two bad experiences ordering online from this restaurant. The first time, I ordered a 40-piece meal but only received 20 pieces. The manager did not offer a refund, but instead gave me 30 days to pick up the missing 20 pieces. The second time, my order was completely wrong when it was delivered. The restaurant admitted it was their mistake for giving the delivery driver the wrong order. The manager allowed me to pick up my correct order that night, but would not refund the delivery charge because I was allowed to keep the incorrect food. I had no intention of eating the wrong food, so I threw it away. I would recommend going to a different restaurant as the management here is lacking and needs to be replaced.

The lemon pepper boneless wings were so salty that I had to throw them away, as they were also drenched in oil in the box. I had to literally squeeze out the oil from each wing and try to get rid of the excess salt. I will never purchase from this location again.

I Wasn?t offered a refund the manager only gave me 30 days to pick up the other 20 wings. The last time I ordered online delivery I wasgiven the wrong order. I called the store and they said my order was still in the store and that it was an error on their partbecause they handed the delivery driver the wrong order. The manager told me I could go pick up my original order that night butcould not refund me the delivery charge $10) because I was allowed to keep the food I was incorrectly delivered which I wasnot planning on eating so it was going in the trash). Do yourself a favor and go to another store. The management here needs tobe fired.

I literally had to squeeze the oil out of each wing and tryto remove the salt too. Never again buying at this location.
